Spring into action and volunteer! From helping at community events to working with local non-profits, community members have many opportunities to give back in March! Here are a few examples of ways to give your time and talent through Bonfire, the volunteer portal serving the greater Itasca area.

Spread Luck at the Shamrock’n Brunch
United Way is celebrating St. Patrick’s Day with a Shamrock’n Brunch on March 16 at Rapids Brewing. Volunteers are needed to help in various roles, including checking in attendees and selling raffle tickets. You’ll have a good time participating in the day’s shenanigans. Flavors of Our Community calls on community members to help provide culturally specific items and ingredients to local school food pantries. Play your part by purchasing items and assembling pantry packs at home or get together with a group, or your workplace and have a packing party! Express interest
